Hilton London Metropole partnered with AK Experience to create a social-first CGI animation series built around Hugo – a soft puff toy hedgehog on a mission to become an Easter Bunny. Rather than promoting the hotel’s Easter offering through traditional hospitality advertising, the campaign was designed to introduce Hilton’s family-friendly spaces through character-led storytelling, embedding the brand naturally into a series of playful, episodic moments.
We developed a four-episode animated series set entirely within Hilton’s hotel environments – from the gym and meeting rooms to the bedroom and lobby – each one following Hugo through a different stage of his training. Using a stop-motion-inspired CGI aesthetic, the animation combined the tactile charm of a handcrafted plush toy with the polish of hyperreal 3D production, placing Hugo seamlessly inside photo-realistic Hilton spaces. Each episode was designed as a short, self-contained social moment, built to reward repeat viewing and generate organic shareability across family-facing audiences.
The campaign gave Hilton London Metropole a visually distinctive seasonal presence across social platforms, using character and humour to build genuine brand warmth while driving awareness of Easter stay experiences in a format that felt entirely native to social feeds.
